Your message for today is to draw your awareness to what is causing you to feel emotionally triggered. The triggering you are experiencing is alerting you to something much deeper inside you that needs to come to the forefront for emotional recognition, healing and release. The external trigger point is simply a mirror.
This is not about your personal relationship to the individual or scenario that is causing you to feel triggered in that way, but showing you to an internal disharmony and the relationship with yourself and your inner child that is calling for unconditional love and support.

Be mindful not to project your feelings onto the person or scenario in front of you and really take the time you need to reflect internally as to where the route of this trigger stems from. Once you understand the route, allow all connected emotions to flow and release themselves. You will feel lighter, free-er and unbound from a painful experience that caused this trigger point in the first place.
