* All cancellations must be done at least 48 hours prior to session taking place for a full refund. If, in the event you become unwell within the 48 hours prior to your booking, please notify Stef via the contact form on the home page so we can get you rescheduled as soon as possible. (Only applicable for live one to one sessions)

*Stef will not accept bookings made on behalf of someone else without the individuals consent- unless these are booked by a parent or guardian of a child/children to support the child. Stef takes individual privacy & confidentiality of high importance.

*Please ensure that you are free from any substance usage prior to and during sessions taking place. This is to protect you and Stef as the practitioner. Stef withholds the right to terminate any session without refund if alcohol, drug or substance use is detected. Stef is not liable for any issues that may arise if engagement in substance use is in quick succession after session is complete. This is not advised following any session and extra precaution is advised following any attunements or energy healing.
