*All cancellations must be done 48 hours prior to session taking place to ensure a full refund. Last minute bookings are non refundable.

*Recorded sessions are completed and sent to you within 48 hours of your booking time slot selected, not necessarily at the exact time offered in the booking slot. Please allow for the full 48 hours to receive your recorded session.

*All attunements, activations, containers and tools are non refundable. This is due to the activation of the energy work that begins to start working with you when you purchase the product and begin to read through the integration document.

*Stef will not accept bookings on behalf of someone else without the individuals consent. If you are a parent or guardian requesting guidance support regarding a child or minor of whom you are the legal guardian, this is accepted if it pertains to the child’s protection and wellbeing.

*In the event that live sessions are offered, please ensure that you are free from any substance usage prior to and during the session taking place. This is to protect you and Stef as the practitioner. Stef withholds the right to terminate any session without refund if any alcohol, drug or substance use is detected.​ Stef is not liable for any complications that arise if engagement in substance use is in quick succession after completing a session. Alcohol and substance use is not advised following any session and extreme caution should be exercised if you are utilising and working with the powerful energy and deprogramming work you undergo with the attunements, activations and containers as these tools are designed to protect you and will not activate if your body is not in a fertile state to receive the energy work. Alcohol and substance use after using them can cause complications with the integration process and should be avoided at all costs.
