PSYCHETHERICS™: Live video call 

 

PSYCHETHERICS™ is a unique and innovative approach to healing and transformation work that focuses on personal alignment and authenticity as the primary goal of the session. When the focus is centred around embodying your authenticity, the relevant perspectives, information and healing can occur that will align you with your highest potential and gives purpose to any healing and transformation work that occurs as a byproduct of placing the focus on personal alignment and authenticity. 

The session is designed to synthesise and ground you into your personal truth so that you walk away feeling deep self acceptance, self love, understanding and clarity in relation to all areas of your life whether that relates to relationships, work, purpose, health, finances or any other area that currently feels challenging or lacking in clarity and direction. This process and what you may personally need from the session will vary. This may include clearing old programming that does not support you, parts work where Stef works with you to integrate fragmented parts of self that are directly at odds with one another, shadow work, inner child/teenager healing and reconciliation, soul fractal recalibration, past life recall and healing and Stef will be called to use a blend of different skills to support you including intuitive guidance, counselling, energy work and mediumship depending on which skills will be uniquely needed for your session. 

The unique and innovative approach to these sessions allows for healing and transformation to occur at a much faster rate then when the focus is directly on healing itself. Stef has had clients that have been attending therapists and psychologists for many years and received much more pivotal and life changing healing, clarity and direction during one session than what they have gained and transformed during many years attending therapy. 

 

GOLDEN GATE CLEANSE & ACTIVATION SESSION: Live video call

 

These sessions are the ‘golden gate’ if you will to your most extraordinary timeline. You are first entered energetically into a purification chamber of light. This is strip and clear any etheric debris, entities, lower energy attachments, cords or connections that do not support you and restore your energy field and body to an active state of homeostasis, repairing any holes or damage in your auric field so that your body can fully acclimate to the influx of light that will then be activated to fill your system.

The second part of this session activates the power centres of your body, during this phase, Stef will communicate to you what it being switched on and where you have active ‘anchors’, the parts of you that hold the most clout when it comes to who you are and what you came here to do so that knowledge can thread its way into your body and your path forward becomes clear grounded and focused. 

In the final part of this session, Stef will activate your subconscious for conversation and draw from it, any belief systems, frameworks, or ideas that are unsupportive and out of alignment with the truth of who you are. 

It is an extremely powerful cleanse and reset of your energy and you will come away feeling balanced, clear, rejuvenated, focused and empowered on your path forward. DREAM DECODE & ANALYSIS TEACHING (4 PART TEACHING): Live video call

 

Dreams are a direct gateway to the subconscious. When the conscious mind switches off during sleep, it allows the unconscious mind to showcase what it is processing including patterns and themes that are present in your life through symbology and metaphorical representations that effectively change but showcase the same themes. The knowledge of understanding how to decode your dreams is one of the most powerful skills you can cultivate when it comes to accurately understanding your own inner landscape and the reasons as to why certain patterns or themes seem to reoccur in what is often different and varying arenas of your life. When these belief systems or inherited programmes that are stored in the subconscious conflict your personal desires and will of what you would like to experience in life, this creates an external manifestation of conflict in your life and a lack of clarity and assurance in making decisions that are truly in alignment for you that essentially present themselves in the dream state for reconciliation. 

Understanding how to decode your dreams, harmonises and balances the entire landscape of your life due to strengthening the communication and bridge between your conscious and subconscious mind. Due to the symbolic and metaphorical nature of dreams, the language you develop during learning how to translate the way in which your subconscious communicates, develops a part of the brain that increases its ability for conscious pattern recognition which simultaneously accessing higher creative pathways in the brain that support you in thinking ‘outside the box’. It also assists in objectivity and removing the conscious mind from situations when you are awake that require objectivity and non emotional reactivity. 

 

The dream state can also serve different functions and will unlock higher ‘consciousness’ gates if you will as the communication and connection between the conscious and subconscious mind becomes strong, balanced and fluid. This is where the exploration of dreams that are conducted in the astral field becomes heightened as the higher self or ‘superconscious’ if you will, are able to become an integrated part of the dream experience as well. Other states such as lucid dreaming can indicate that the conscious and subconscious mind are reaching a state of clear feedback and balance where the communication stream is acutely present and merging. Individuals that reach this stage of feedback are usually very intuitive and understand energetic pattern recognition which also aids in the fluidity of the feedback. 

 

This 4 part session teaching will focus deeply on supporting you in gaining knowledge and understanding of how to master the language barrier between your conscious and subconscious mind. As a byproduct of that, your ability for conscious pattern recognition and creative access to ‘outside the box’ thinking will also increase.

 

The 4 sessions are spaced 2 weeks apart and you will keep a dream diary between each session, documenting 10 different dreams. Each session will cover a different area of study and mastery when it comes to personally decoding your dreams and a psychological study on what is personally presenting thought your dreams. 

 

Week 1: Dream ‘tone’ and focus on emotional feedback and landscape in the dreams, strengthening recall. 

Week 2: ‘Easter eggs’, recurring themes and symbology.

Week 3: Interpretation and Integration of the conscious and subconscious mind.

Week 4: Differing dream states. Astral interaction, Lucid dreaming. Other themes including ‘night terrors’.

These sessions are designed for those of you that have been spiritually activated by a connection or are wanting to align to the experience of Sacred Union. This session is conducted via voice recording and is designed to bring deep clarity and direction to complex situations that you are experiencing in your life so that you can gain deep insight, clarity and information that pertains to the most favourable outcome and the ‘highest timeline’ so to speak that supports you in thriving in life and being able to live authentically in alignment with your truth. We are living in an age where distraction is the number one reason for people living lives in an active state of unrealised potential- driving them towards dysfunctional relationships, choices and behaviours. Relationships and connections are suffering as a result of this and people are consistently choosing comfort over what will grow them and call them to embody the most authentic and aligned versions of themselves. This is because people are consistently subject to programming that influences their decisions, minimises independent thinking and the reliance on the intuition and the heart to lead their path and ultimately preys on the vulnerable parts of them that fear being dejected if they take the path less travelled as the brain becomes overrun and influenced by controlled narratives.
