Monitor your energy levels, mood fluctuations and digestive reactions to what you are ingesting. Do you experience a craving sensation after consuming them, an energy spike that quickly drops and are you reaching for certain foods when you are experiencing particular moods? Understanding your relationship with food, opens the door to a number to a much deeper connection and respect for you body which is the vessel that carries you through life. It is how you feel, that shows you to how things interact with your body. Anything that compromises it with side effects, and unbalanced symptomatic responses physically, neurologically or emotionally, causes your body the need to take time out to heal. It can also lead to innacurate feedback as the bodies internal connections are compromised.
