FEBRUARY 2020 ENERGY UPDATE, the power of information & the reality of the alcohol industry.

Going into 2020 has been a very interesting shift to say the least. Towards the last quarter of last year, I was shown a huge wave of light that was due to hit the earth in January. Light, to the human being, comes packaged in the form of information as it is information that causes us to uncover deeper parts of ourselves for integration. It is information that constructs the very basis of how we construct reality. Information can come in a myriad of different forms, literal communication, artistic communication, music, unconscious human behavioural exchange, the electrical pulses that exist in the nervous system that constantly exchange information, books, spoken words, unspoken words and everything else in between. We live in a state of constant communication exchange as we are taking in and making sense of thousands of external and internal stimuli every second and shifting our perspectives based on correlative information feeds- ie, where we see patterns emerge as a basis for how we then consciously create reality.

Pain and feeling discomfort causes us to look for solutions to problems, the more prolonged the period of pain, the deeper it causes us to look and the more expanded the information that comes forward, the more we learn about ourselves, what we value and it propels us to think outside the box. Pleasure, having the opposite effect, leading us to seek continued confirmation of the pleasure- until either it no longer brings us pleasure, or we come across something else, incompatible with the previous pleasure that offers us more in comparison. We can of course have multiple pleasures that co-exist harmoniously, however this is actually a relatively new breed of human expansion, active at this time and harnessed only by those that have become consciously aware of themselves and understand balance. This is due to linearised and hierarchical human thinking born of old earth identifications of ‘self’ rooted in ‘I am this’, ‘This is my job’, ‘This is my favourite food’, ‘This is my favourite pair of shoes’, ‘work is my favourite activity’, all of which are in fact transient in nature but have been falsely identified as complete truth to the individual causing a state of quantum paralysis or a ‘knowledge block’ that immediately shuts the person off to many other ways outlets of exploration, expansion and enjoyment. The interesting thing about this way of thinking, is that it has led to the very widespread polarised issue of addiction and with these new light waves highlighting the need crucial need for transparency like never before, The most interesting thing about this energy, is that people are unable to hide anything anymore. Addiction simply put, is an activity that is engaged in so often and obsessively, that is unconsciously takes control and becomes the prime directive for the person's life. It is insular and entirely self serving in its endeavour in its persistent quest for feeling ‘full’ or satisfied, a cup that is never full but relies on outside measures to serve it. Addiction can come in many different forms to many different things, the most common that cause of course being drugs and alcohol which cause a very extreme swing of the pendulum and take someone from a low to very high elevated state in a very short space of time. We can identify them from the pendulum swing, or comedown, how the person is when they are not engaging in this specific activity and are they racing towards the next opportunity to engage in it. Because of the continued jump between ‘states’, the person's nervous system becomes fried because it is trying to work overtime to restore a healthy internal feedback system whilst swimming in substances that cause misfire and paralysis but present the illusion of feeling ‘positive’ due to the extremely high levels of dopamine running through the body. It causes suspended disconnection from the human feedback system. It is of course then no surprise, why the body then breaks down and prolonged damage and accelerated ageing becomes apparent because the bodies internal processes start to learn how to ‘survive’ in extreme conditions causing deformity and imbalance. In many very concerning cases, I have seen patients misdiagnosed as genetic or experiencing hereditary dispositions by healthcare professionals treating the plaster approach of the issue, rather than looking at the reality of the persons continued lifestyle choices. The number of individuals relying on the healthcare systems to currently keep them alive with prescriptions and routine medication has reached critical mass. There are a huge number of people benefitting from poor lifestyle choices made by an uneducated public, however, when you become wise to it, you then have to choice to keep it alive or to choose something different.

The interesting paradox in this and what I see so often, is people overlooking addictive behaviours because they are either normalised in society and cultural identities of hierarchy or the addictive behaviours such as being addicted to work, pulsing the feeling of ‘success’ and so is falsely celebrated by others because the person has a lot of money or followers as a result of dangerous habits. So what do we do when we are in an age of communication whereby we have so much access freely to information and so many people at different stages of awakening, to know what information to listen to and what to disregard? First we have to understand the very systems in our communities and cultures and the intentions these systems are built upon. We also have to ask deeper questions about the integrity of the person we are listening to the information that it comes from and are they leading by example in their life? We also have to understand the basic framework that is setting up the lens that this individual speaks through too. To give you an example of how we become discerning in what we choose to engage in and support, one of the largest businesses in the world right now is the alcohol industry. This is an entire system that is built on false information and the effects it has on the body. The reason this industry is so readily overlooked is because so many are unconsciously still operating on the framework set by organised religion. In the bible, Jesus’s blood (his very life force) is represented through the consumption of red wine. Wine, in the alcohol world, has become, through no surprise, seen as the most sophisticated of drink choices, through the unconscious association passed through generation on generation of associated purity and hierarchy as the ‘blood of christ’ that was constructed on a template and a simple idea implemented into the masses, when in reality, you are simply consuming heavily processed grapes that have been left to go mouldy that have a immediately detrimental effect causing it to operate out of alignment. The very companies that publish articles and ‘research’ that ‘drinking in moderation is ok’, are the very companies that capitalise on the moderate drinkers and the knock on effect of the consumption that it consciously and unconsciously has on the drinker in ways that the truth would make you squirm. Questioning your information streams at this point in time and actively setting the intention to seek ‘truth’ when researching anything is paramount to being able to discern effectively. The spiritual dogma idea of only seeking information that ‘resonates’ is one of the biggest mis-sold ideas of the modern age and has people capitalising on those selling spiritual novocaine all over the world that spread information that is rooted in separation and just offering the feeling of spiritual high, rooted in the same vibrational band as addiction. Truth often feels heavy and unpleasant when we find it because it isn’t what we want to hear, but it is only truth that will break open the door of change. Truth is only seen when we are willing to see reality for what it is in that moment and accepting what it is truly presenting and not what we are watering it down to mean or trying to fight against it because it doesn’t ‘resonate’- in the way we have assigned ‘resonate’ to mean, or serve the identity you have built for yourself up until that point in time. Information that truly doesn’t resonate, you simply don’t have any desire to read, you feel neutral towards it and often don’t even notice it altogether because you mind has no need to take in extra information that doesn’t offer it what it is seeking. If something spikes a reaction in you, it has information for you. If it feels uncomfortable or unpleasant to listen to, it is often the key to catalysing change because it challenges the very framework of your current internal safety net and showing you to an adopted behaviour or belief that no longer serves you.

So, with the energy over these next 3 weeks very much supporting internal reflection and and the deep quest for personal truth and radical transformations in perspectives. Be brave and brutal and give yourself the gift of relief of cognitive resistance to anything that has been holding inner conflict for you by being completely honest with yourself about WHY you engage in the things that you do. Why are you on social media? Why do you go to the gym every day? Why do you care so much about making everyone else happy? Why do you drink? Many people experience feelings of isolation because they give themselves to so many different things out of obligation, expectation or running on programmed autopilot that they lose sight in what is it that is truly important to them deep down. To be in control of your life, you have to understand your own intentions and why you engage in the things you do.

In my work, the most radical changes and genuine relief I see in people doesn’t come from continued hands on energy work, ceremonial practices , speaking affirmations, visualisations or working with spiritual guides, but comes from simply identifying a blind spot and being offered a solution from a different perspective. One that wasn’t previously considered or seen. When the mind is in dissonance, the reality feels disconnected too, with no sense of coherence or flow. Never underestimate the power of information and the power of words, because until we have evolved to the point where everyone will be able to openly communicate telepathically, what we say and the information we carefully choose consider putting out there, has a much bigger impact then you might realise. Choose your communicators wisely and if ever in doubt, look honestly to your own personal experience to truly pave the way for your choices.
