You have called forward this message today as your body is calling for more physical movement! We are constantly in a state of movement and change, all the way down to the cells of our body, so when we adopt non movement physically in our lives, our physical bodies start to stagnate and physical imbalance can creep in as a result. In the same way that eating the same foods day in day out can actually lead to food intolerance and aversions as your body is engineered and pre-dispositioned towards variety, so does your body. Today, walk somewhere you have never been before or try and exercise that is new to you or dance around the room and let your body feel free and uninhibited! It will give your body a boost of energy and help to remove any stagnant energy build up. Exercise is also an excellent way at clearing energy around the head supporting mental clarity and clearing overactive thinking.
