You have drawn this message today to bring your awareness to a decision that you are currently being faced with that is causing a cognitive dissonance in your mind, causing rumination and cyclical thinking that is not able to find a solution to the conflict. In order to reach a resolution and provide forward momentum so that you no longer feel stuck, firstly, ask yourself the question about where your core values in life lie. This will bring your attention to your top ranking priorities and where you feel the most commitment and responsibility. Unconsciously, these will always take priority and it is when we face decisions that conflict on some level with our core values that causes the dissonance in the first place. Once you have recognised your core values, bring your awareness back to the decision at hand and ask yourself which choice supports your core values and responsibilities. If the response is neither, from here you are able to open the door to new options and possibilities as you will have made the choice to invest in something new instead of allowing any more energy to be offered to the conflict. Sometimes the most supportive resolution to a situation that is unable to find solution, is to accept it is beyond repair and move on to something else. There comes a point where rumination over issues that we are faced with externally rob us of precious life and it is wisdom to accept this and to walk away knowing that life is too precious to spend so much time agonising over things that cause us so much conflict.
