You have drawn this message as an indicator that you are currently reacting from a place of past trauma. Past trauma stimulates the fight or flight mechanism and treats non threatening situations as a potential dangerous threat. From this emotional space, your choices and circumstances can seem very limited as the feeling of 'impending danger' masks the truth of the situation and withholds the solutions. Remember that you are not your past trauma and that you have the ability to move beyond what is right in front of you by taking a step back, taking a deep breath and calming your mind before coming back to the situation at hand. From this space, you can make a much more centred response that is not fuelled by the false indicator of danger.
