Your awareness today is being drawn to focusing on how you feel in connection with your significant other and others that are living in your home or immediate environment. In order to fully feel the connection, practice deep breathing for as long as you need, to move you into a relaxed and calm space where you can observe how you feel in a focused, observational way that will give you a very clear indicator of how you really feel. From there, visualise bringing the individual into view and feel the initial responses your body gives you in response to that person. Does it ignite feelings of safety, support, feeling calm and loved? Or do you feel the opposite? When we have a support system around us that supports our overall wellbeing, we are able to thrive and feel confident in our goals, boundaries and direction in life as we have others invested in working with us to make that happen too. When we have the opposing, life can feel like an uphill climb and that we are always struggling. If your responses are non supportive, ask yourself what you need from the person(s) in question in order for that to change. Communicating your needs, in an honest and open way, opens the door to things changing for the better. From here, you can also see who really has your best interests based on thier subsequent behaviour and are also able to see where you may be holding others overly accountable for your happiness too and assigning them with too many expectations. A healthy home environment impacts every area of your life, so this area is in direct connection to how you are able to joyfully navigate life.
